I registered for the PDFguru PDF editor trial on 13 March 2026, using the email address ambrish***@gmail.com from India. Today I was unexpectedly charged 50 USD on my credit card, even though I did not knowingly consent to a paid subscription, and I have not used their service beyond the initial trial. After seeing the unauthorized charge, I contacted Pdfguru customer support and also cancelled my subscription. Despite this, they refused to provide a refund and have not offered any helpful solution, even though they can clearly see that the subscription was just converted from a trial, and I did not use the paid features. I request that Pdfguru immediately issue a full refund of the 50 USD charged to my credit card and ensure that there will be no further charges to my account.
