Simple Premium Dover Charged My Debit Card Without Authorization

On October 3, 2026, two unauthorized transactions were made using the debit card linked to my Albaraka Türk bank account under the name Simple Premium Dover. The amounts charged were 1,538.06 TRY and 3.08 TRY, and I did not authorize or consent to either transaction. In my bank statement, both transactions appear only under the name Simple Premium Dover, without any explanation indicating a membership or other service.

It is unacceptable for Simple Premium Dover, which offers weight-loss and healthy eating programs, to withdraw money from my account without obtaining my approval of a contract, my explicit consent, or providing the necessary information. Despite trying to contact the company, I have been unable to reach anyone or find a representative who can address this issue.

I request the immediate cancellation of any potential membership associated with Simple Premium Dover and the prompt refund of both unauthorized charges, amounting to 1,538.06 TRY and 3.08 TRY, to my Albaraka Türk bank account.
