İSimple Premium Refund Request for an Unauthorized Debit Card Payment

On October 1, 2026, Simple Life / Simple Premium, a weight-loss and nutrition service, charged my Halkbank debit card 1,499.00 TRY without my knowledge, authorization, or consent. I never knowingly or willingly signed up for a subscription, nor did I approve any contract or membership.

The transaction appears on my bank statement as an unauthorized purchase or charge. I have been unable to contact the company because I cannot find any customer service channel. This situation has caused me both financial loss and considerable distress.

I demand an immediate refund of the unauthorized 1,499.00 TRY charge to my debit card and the complete cancellation of any Simple Life / Simple Premium subscription opened or considered active under my name. I ask that this matter be resolved urgently, taking into account that the transaction was made using my card details without my permission.
