On December 25, 2025, I noticed that a charge of approximately $50 USD was made without my permission or approval on my credit card by PDF Guru. Although I had previously purchased a package from PDF Guru, I never consented to my card information being stored in their system.
After this unauthorized transaction, I contacted my bank and a refund request was submitted. For the purpose of the bank’s review, my customer number is 159* in their records. Since the transaction was carried out directly by PDF Guru, I want this matter to be clarified as soon as possible and my grievance to be resolved.
I request that PDF Guru fully refund the unauthorized $50 USD charge taken from me and that any card information linked to my account be completely removed from their systems.
