PDF Guru Charged My Card Without Permission — Requesting Refund

PDF Guru has withdrawn money from my Akbank account even though I never subscribed to their service and never gave any kind of consent. How is something like this even possible? I want my money refunded immediately. Please help me—money has been taken from my account without my authorization.
