Paytr Closed My Store - Withheld My Money After 3 Years

I made product sales to my customers through my own store using Paytr’s virtual POS system. However, after three years, Paytr suddenly closed my store without a valid reason and withheld ₺8,000 of my money instead of transferring it to my account. I had never experienced such an issue before and trusted Paytr, but when I contacted their customer service, no solution was offered, leaving me in a difficult situation. Despite trying different ways to resolve this, I got no results. In reality, Paytr has “confiscated” its own customer’s money. If you plan to open a store with Paytr, be aware that your store can be closed at any time and your money might be trapped inside. Using the excuse of “security measures,” they are not transferring my hard-earned money to me. How can such nonsense exist? Do they think they are a bank? I demand that my ₺8,000 be transferred to my account as soon as possible—that money is rightfully mine.
Progress

While managing my store through Paytr, my money in the account was unjustly seized. The justification provided by the company was completely invalid; they stated that they blocked my money just because only customers can file objections. Is such a thing possible? I handle my own customers. A place with which I no longer have any connection is interfering with my business and says they have seized my money. Imagine trusting this company, making sales, and one day they suddenly close your store and seize your money without providing any justification. They used my website as an excuse, but I have been working with Paytr for exactly 3 years and they never checked my website until the day they decided to seize my money. During this process, I contacted Paytr customer service multiple times, but they were in no way helpful and my store was closed.
I do not want to specify the amount of money; what matters is that my store and my earnings were seized without any valid justification or explanation. I demand that this situation be urgently rectified and that the money in my store be returned to me.
