Paysend Transfer Rejected by MBANK but Refund Still Missing After 16 Days
On 31 August 2026 I made a transfer of 142.97 USD via Paysend from Paysend PLC to OJSC MBANK. The amount was withdrawn from my account, however the receiver never got the money because the bank rejected these funds. Although the transfer was rejected, the money has still not been returned to me for 16 days. The first time I contacted Paysend support, they did not provide any ticket or reference number. Only after I requested a review again, they opened case ID #5003869. Despite this, I still have not received my refund or a clear solution. But only that AGAIN I have to wait 3-5 days. I request that Paysend immediately refunds the full amount of 142.97 USD to my account and informs me in writing once the refund is completed, because all this time they was answering that everything was done correctly from they side and i have to wait for a days for any answer. Also first of all they didn't provide UETR number by saying that they dont have it, but when they send answer on first claim -they send it, how its possible? Miracle?
