Paysend Transfer Neither Delivered nor Refunded
On Thursday, December 11, I made two separate money transfers to my spouse through Paysend, totaling approximately 30,000 TL. The payments associated with transaction numbers 18673540800 and 18679018600 have neither been received by the recipient nor returned to me. As of today, one full week has passed, yet the money is still missing and I have not received a clear explanation about what happened to it.
I have been emailing Paysend every day regarding this issue. They requested additional documents and verification information from me, which I provided as requested. They also told me that the issue would be resolved within three business days. However, despite the time that has passed, the transactions have still not been completed. Their responses to my emails are extremely delayed, and they mostly send the same generic, automated responses without taking any concrete action to resolve the problem.
I request a clear explanation of the status and whereabouts of the money I sent. I also demand that these two transactions be resolved immediately, with the funds either delivered to the recipient's account or returned to my account in full. I expect the inconvenience and financial uncertainty caused by this prolonged delay to be taken seriously and the entire process to be handled transparently and with clear communication.
