Hello, I recently used Paysend to send 2,000 Canadian dollars from Canada to Turkey, but the money has still not arrived in my account. This delay is unacceptable, especially since I have used Paysend before and never experienced such a long waiting time. In previous transfers, the funds arrived quickly, but this time the process is dragging on without any clear explanation.
The transaction number is 12205060100. I have been left without access to my funds, and this has caused me serious frustration and inconvenience. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will no longer use Paysend for any future transfers.
I expect Paysend to investigate this transaction right away, locate my missing 2,000 CAD, and ensure that it is either credited to my account in Turkey or refunded back to me without further delay.
