Paysend Transfer From Miami Still Not Received After 23 Days

On January 21, money was sent to me via Paysend from Miami, USA directly to my IBAN account. It has now been 23 days, and I still have not received the funds. The money has not been credited to my account, nor has it been returned to the sender.
During this time, I have messaged Paysend 52 times seeking help, but I have not received a meaningful solution. I also contacted VakıfBank, checked their pooled accounts, and investigated every possible route, but the money is still missing. This delay has caused me significant stress and financial inconvenience.
I demand that Paysend urgently locate and deliver the transfer or return the money to the sender’s account. It is unacceptable for an international money transfer to remain unresolved for more than three weeks without clear communication or accountability.
Customers trust Paysend with their money, and leaving a transfer in limbo for this long damages that trust. I expect immediate action to resolve this issue and a clear explanation of what went wrong.
