Payless Rent A Car Won't Refund My Security Deposit
Between June 11 and June 16, I rented a Citroën C3 from the Payless Rent A Car office at Istanbul Airport. From the very beginning, the staff were unhelpful, argumentative, and unprofessional. I witnessed unnecessary disputes involving several customers waiting in line, and no one seemed interested in providing assistance or resolving issues.
At the time of the rental, $171 was charged to my credit card as a security deposit. Although I returned the vehicle and more than 15 days have passed since the rental ended, my deposit has still not been refunded.
I contacted the rental office several times regarding the missing deposit, but no one was willing to take responsibility or provide a clear explanation. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the staff kept passing the matter to someone else, and my case remains unresolved.
I am extremely disappointed with both the poor customer service and the unreasonable delay in returning my deposit. I request that my $171 security deposit be refunded to my credit card immediately, without any deductions, and that this matter be properly investigated so other customers do not experience the same problem.
