Payless Charged My Credit Card After Refunding My Deposit

I booked an international car rental through Yolcu360 and rented a vehicle from Payless in Bosnia and Herzegovina from May 1–3. I returned the vehicle on time, in excellent condition, and without any damage. At the time of return, I was specifically told that there would be no additional charges or damage fees. About two weeks later, the security deposit that had been placed on my credit card was released without any issues.

However, about 10 days after the deposit was refunded, I noticed an unexpected charge of $97.38 on my credit card dated May 28. I received no prior notification, explanation, invoice, or documentation regarding this charge.

I contacted both Payless, the rental company, and Yolcu360, the platform through which I made the reservation, but despite waiting approximately 10 days, I have not received any response from either company.

I request a full explanation for the $97.38 charge, along with all supporting invoices and documentation. If this charge was made in error or cannot be justified, I request that the full amount be refunded to my credit card immediately.
