Garanti BBVA Debit Card Hit with Fraudulent Paybox Charges Without OTP

On November 22, 2025, at approximately 22:28, three unauthorized transactions totaling 673.80 TRY were fraudulently debited from my Garanti BBVA salary card under the merchant name "Paybox." I have never used, registered with, or authorized any purchases with this entity, nor did I receive or approve any 3D-Secure SMS verification codes for these debits.

Because this account is strictly a salary debit card used for essential funds—and not a credit card—these unauthorized withdrawals directly compromised my primary finances. Allowing external entities to process multiple unauthorized debits without two-factor authentication or cardholder consent reflects a critical failure in automated fraud monitoring.

I demand that Garanti BBVA immediately reverse these fraudulent transactions, restore the full 673.80 TRY to my salary account, conduct a formal security investigation into how these charges bypassed verification, and provide a written report detailing the resolution.
