Patreon Charges Appear Without Account or Subscription
Unauthorized transactions were made from my QNB Bank credit card to Patreon on December 9 and December 10, 2025. A total of 4 separate transactions were processed, and approximately $115 was charged from my card—even though I have never had a Patreon account and have never given any consent, subscription, or payment authorization.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted my bank (QNB). Since it was determined that my account had been used without my authorization, my card/account was closed and replaced with a new one, and an official dispute process was initiated by the bank. I also informed Patreon about the situation via email.
Due to these unauthorized transactions, I have suffered financial loss. I request a full refund of the amounts charged to my card, the cancellation of these unauthorized payments, and the complete removal of my card details from your systems. I also request a clear written explanation regarding how these transactions occurred.
