cvhazirlama.coo Charged My Card Without Consent for a Subscription I Never Started
On 16/10/2025, I used the website cvhazirlama.coo solely to create a one-time CV, logging in with the email address u***************@gmail.com. I made a $1 payment with my QNB Finansbank credit card ending in 0510. I did not start any membership or subscription, nor did I log in to the site again.
Despite this, without my permission or approval, two unauthorized withdrawals of $29 each (a total of $58) were taken from my card on 16/10/2025, 23/10/2025, 30/10/2025, and 06/11/2025. I did not receive any SMS, email, or notification regarding these transactions. I have only recently noticed the payments, and I have not yet contacted my bank or the company’s customer service. The transactions were processed through online banking, and I have the account activity records.
Even though I only wanted a one-time service, these unauthorized charges were made without my knowledge. I request an immediate refund of both unauthorized withdrawals. If the refund is not issued, I will pursue legal action and report the matter to the appropriate authorities.
