Unauthorized Annual Subscription Charge from Patreon
On November 22, 2025, Patreon charged my credit card $390 for an annual subscription without my knowledge or consent. I did not provide any authorization, approval, or prior confirmation for this transaction.
When I noticed the charge, I attempted to contact Patreon through official support channels. However, I did not receive any response to my support requests, and my account has been blocked, restricting my access. Because of this, I am unable to take any action regarding the unauthorized payment or access any information related to the subscription.
I request that this unauthorized transaction be immediately canceled, that the full amount of $390 be refunded to my card, and that I be provided with a clear written explanation regarding why my account was blocked. Otherwise, I will proceed with a chargeback through my bank and file complaints with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and other relevant authorities.
