I started using the Parodontax toothpaste specifically formulated for gums—the same one many others have posted pictures of—and experienced serious side effects almost immediately.
It caused swelling in my gums, inner lips, and palate, along with heightened sensitivity. Even worse, I developed 5 to 6 painful canker sores in my mouth shortly after starting use. Brushing my teeth has become a struggle because of the constant discomfort and pain this product triggered.
A toothpaste that claims to protect gum health should never cause this level of irritation. Clearly, this formula needs more thorough clinical testing and safety evaluations. I urge Parodontax to investigate this version of their product seriously—too many people are having similar reactions.
