I’ve been using Parodontax toothpaste for years and was always satisfied. When I ran out of my usual toothpaste, I purchased the Parodontax Gum + Sensitivity Whitening Toothpaste (75 ml) without hesitation. However, after starting to use this version, I began experiencing a burning sensation on the tip and underside of my tongue, similar to drinking something too hot. Additionally, sores developed inside my mouth.
After reading about others experiencing similar issues, I immediately stopped using the toothpaste. I’m now waiting and hoping these symptoms will subside soon.
I expect Parodontax to investigate this issue thoroughly and address the health concerns associated with this product. Customers trust this brand for oral care, and such adverse reactions are unacceptable.
