Withdrawal Blocked After SBI UPI Request for Funds

I am facing a serious issue with the Parimatch app regarding withdrawal of my funds. I have a balance of ₹80,564 in my Parimatch account and I wanted to withdraw ₹25,000 to my SBI UPI ID (9390378***@ibl). However, the app is not allowing the withdrawal and is instead asking me to pay ₹50,000 first for the withdrawal to be processed. I have contacted Parimatch support, but instead of resolving my problem, they are insisting that I must pay this ₹50,000 amount, which I find completely unacceptable and suspicious. My own money is already in the Parimatch account, yet I am being asked to deposit a very large extra amount just to get a part of my balance. I request that my ₹25,000 withdrawal be processed immediately to my SBI UPI ID without demanding any extra payment, and that my remaining balance of ₹55,564 also be kept safe. I also request a clear written explanation for why such an additional ₹50,000 payment is being asked, and I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
