UPI Deposit Not Credited – Payment Missing
On 17/07/2026, an amount of 500 was debited from my bank account via UPI for a deposit to my Parimatch account. The money was taken from my bank, but it was not credited to my Parimatch balance and has also not been refunded back to my account. I have a transaction proof screenshot that clearly shows the successful UPI payment of 500 on 17/07/2026. Despite this, the amount is missing and I have not received any resolution. I request that this issue be investigated urgently and that my 500 either be refunded to my bank account or correctly credited to my Parimatch account without any further delay.
