Parimatch UPI Deposit Missing After Successful Payment
I am writing regarding a problem with a delayed deposit on my Parimatch account. On 7 May 2026 at around 18:32, I made a deposit of 500 INR via UPI from India. The amount was debited from my account, but it has still not been reflected in my Parimatch balance. I contacted Parimatch customer support and was informed that the transaction was processed from their end. However, despite this, the funds are still missing. The UPI transaction/reference ID for this payment is 122755279890, and I can provide a screenshot and any additional proof if necessary. I request that my 500 INR be fully refunded as soon as possible, or that the amount be correctly credited to my Parimatch account without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation of what went wrong with this transaction.
