Unable To Play With Money I Deposited On Parimatch

Today I deposited 1000 into my Parimatch account directly as a normal deposit, but the entire amount has been locked as a bonus and I am unable to withdraw it. I did not choose or accept any specific bonus conditions for this deposit, and I only intended to have this money available as a regular, withdrawable balance. I request that my 1000 deposit be removed from any bonus restrictions and immediately converted into a normal balance that I can freely use and withdraw. I expect Parimatch to correct this situation promptly and ensure that my future deposits are not automatically locked into bonuses without my clear consent.
