I am writing to report an issue with my Parimatch account regarding blocked funds and restrictions on how I can use my balance. On 05/04/2026, I deposited 1,000 rupees into my account. After this, a total of 2,500 rupees in my balance started appearing as “part of your funds blocked in casino,” and I was informed that I have to play casino instead of being able to place cricket bets. When I try to use my balance for cricket betting, the system gives error messages such as “something went wrong” and I am unable to place any cricket bets. In other words, my funds are currently blocked and I cannot use them for the purpose I want, which is to bet on cricket. I have already contacted Parimatch customer support by email, but my problem has not been resolved. My clear request from Parimatch is that you immediately unblock the 2,500 rupees that are currently blocked in casino and allow me to use this balance freely for cricket betting as normal. In addition, I request a clear and detailed explanation of why my funds were blocked in this way so that I can avoid the same problem in the future.
