Parimatch Balance Visible but Cannot Bet

On 2 April 2026, I deposited 1000 into my Parimatch account under the deposit service. Although the amount appears in my balance, I am unable to use this balance for betting. The money is visible in my account, but the system does not allow me to place any bets with it. I contacted Parimatch customer support about this issue, but I was only told that they cannot help me, and I did not receive any clear explanation or solution. My money remains blocked in my account without any valid reason provided. I request that my blocked 1000 be refunded back to my betting account in a way that I can fully use it, or that the necessary action be taken immediately so that I can freely bet with this balance.
