I Face Parimatch Account Blocked After Withdrawal Request

I am writing to report a serious issue I encountered on Parimatch while using the live cricket games section from India. On April 22, 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request for my account balance. Shortly after making this request, my account was suddenly blocked, and the withdrawal was not processed.

Because my account is now blocked, I am unable to access my funds or even check the status of my withdrawal. My Parimatch customer ID is 751117390. This situation is extremely concerning, as my money is effectively locked without any access or visibility.

After this incident, I tried contacting Parimatch customer support, but I have not received any response or explanation regarding why my account was blocked or why my withdrawal was not completed. The lack of communication has made this situation even more frustrating.
