I used the Parimatch official website for the first time and requested a withdrawal of ₹4,000 to my SBI bank account. The withdrawal was made in two separate transactions of ₹2,000 each on March 2, 2026.
The money was debited from my Parimatch account, but it has still not been credited to my SBI bank account, which has created a very bad first experience for me with Parimatch.
After noticing that the ₹4,000 had not reached my bank, I contacted Parimatch customer support. At first, they told me to wait, but when I followed up later, they only read my messages without responding further.
I have the transaction details and screenshots for these two ₹2,000 withdrawals, and I am ready to provide them if needed.
I feel misled and extremely disappointed, because if I had known I would face such an issue, I would never have used Parimatch and would have continued using other platforms where withdrawals are processed within seconds.
I request that my total amount of ₹4,000, withdrawn as two transactions of ₹2,000 each, be immediately credited to my SBI bank account, along with a clear explanation of why this delay occurred and why support has not responded.
