Parimatch UPI Deposit Successful but Not Credited to My Account

I deposited ₹10,000 into my Parimatch account via UPI, the transaction was marked as successful on my payment application, but the amount has still not been credited to my Parimatch ID. There was no interruption on my side during the transaction and the money has been debited from my bank account. I have not yet been able to reach a solution and have not received any support regarding this issue. I request that my ₹10,000, which has not been credited to my Parimatch account despite a successful UPI transaction, be urgently refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible.
