Parimatch UPI Deposit Not Credited - Missing Funds Issue

I am writing to report an unresolved issue with two UPI deposits I made to my Parimatch account from India and to request that my money be returned or correctly credited. On 11 March, I made a UPI deposit of 2,500 INR. Parimatch informed me that the money would be sent back to me within four days, but I have still not received this amount in my account. On 18 March, I made another UPI deposit of 2,000 INR, which has also not been properly resolved. For both transactions I opened support tickets. For the first deposit, Parimatch marked the ticket as completed even though I did not receive my money back. For the second deposit, the ticket status says they are “waiting on me,” but there is no clear option to respond, no proper live chat, and no way to clearly explain or solve the problem through their system. This situation is very frustrating because the support tool only gives standard options and does not actually resolve my issue. I request that Parimatch either refunds both deposits (2,500 INR and 2,000 INR) back to my UPI account or adds the full amounts to my Parimatch account balance, as I am fine with either solution. I also ask that they review the handling of my support tickets, because they were closed or left “waiting” without giving me any real help or communication. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and my missing funds to be returned or correctly credited.
