My name is Umesh, and I am writing about three unresolved deposit issues on the Parimatch website.
I made three deposits via UPI: the first for ₹2,600 on January 30, 2026, the second for ₹7,000 on February 14, 2026, and the third for ₹3,900 on February 16, 2026. These amounts have not been properly reflected or resolved in my Parimatch account.
I created support tickets regarding these deposit problems, but even after about one and a half months, there has been no proper response from Parimatch. I have tried contacting customer support many times, but I am not given a fair chance to explain my issue, and I still have no clear information about my money or the status of these deposits.
This situation has left me very frustrated due to the long delay and lack of resolution.
I request that my case be resolved as quickly as possible, and that either all three deposits be correctly credited to my Parimatch account or the full amounts be refunded to my UPI account without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation of what happened with these transactions.
