Parimatch UPI Deposit Missing

On 4 August 2026 at around 12:56 a.m., I deposited 43,000 via UPI into my Parimatch account. The UPI transaction with UTR number 596246332616 was successfully completed and the amount was debited from my bank account. This payment was made for my Parimatch account with the ID 914509***. Despite the transaction being marked as successful by my bank, the 43,000 has not been credited to my Parimatch wallet. I also contacted the bank and they confirmed that the payment was successfully processed from their side, so the problem is clearly on the Parimatch side. I request that this issue be investigated urgently and that my missing deposit of 43,000 either be credited to my Parimatch wallet or refunded back to my bank account as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation for why this problem occurred.
