Parimatch Deposit Missing Despite Successful UPI Payment
I have a Parimatch account with the ID 434526*** and on 04 May 2026 at around 05:07 pm I made a UPI deposit of 29,400 to my Parimatch wallet. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has still not reflected in my Parimatch balance. Despite the successful UPI transaction and having a transaction reference showing that the money left my account, Parimatch customer support is insisting that this amount was not received by them. This situation is causing me financial and emotional stress, as a significant amount of money is stuck without any clear resolution or proper explanation. I request that my transaction be urgently traced and verified using the UPI reference details and that the 29,400 be either credited to my Parimatch account or refunded back to my bank account as soon as possible. I also expect a clear written explanation of what went wrong in this transaction process.
