On 9 September 2025 at around 13:25, I made a deposit to my Parimatch account via UPI for an amount of ₹401. The money was deducted from my bank account, but it was never credited to my Parimatch wallet. I contacted Parimatch customer support about this issue and they created a ticket, but the problem has still not been resolved and my balance has not been updated. I find it unacceptable that this has been left unresolved even though the payment was successfully taken from my bank. I request that the deducted amount of ₹401 either be immediately credited to my Parimatch wallet or refunded back to my bank account without any further delay.
