PhonePe Shows Successful ₹5,000 Payment but Parimatch Balance Not Updated
I made a payment of ₹5,000 from my IDFC Bank account to my Parimatch account via PhonePe on 06.12.2025, but the amount has been debited from my bank and is still not reflected in my Parimatch balance. The transaction shows as successfully debited on my side, yet there is no corresponding credit in Parimatch. I contacted Parimatch customer support and also raised a ticket regarding this issue, but I have not received any proper response or resolution so far. This lack of support is causing me serious inconvenience, as my money is stuck without any clear information. I request that the debited amount of ₹5,000 be immediately refunded to my IDFC Bank account, or that my issue be urgently resolved so I am not subjected to any further delay or financial loss.
Progress
I made two deposit transactions to my Parimatch account through PhonePe, one for 5,000 on 05.12.2025 and another for 2,000 on 06.12.2025. Both transactions are still showing as pending, and it has been more than a week now without any resolution. The money has been debited from my PhonePe, but it has not been credited to my Parimatch account.
I have contacted Parimatch customer support about this issue, but the problem is still not solved and I have not received my money. I am very disappointed with this delay and the uncertainty regarding my funds.
I request Parimatch to urgently credit the full amount of 7,000 into my Parimatch account without any further delay and to clearly inform me about the status of these two pending deposit transactions.
