Parimatch Restricted My Account After KYC Verification Request

I am using the Parimatch Android app from India, and my account has been restricted after they asked me to complete KYC verification on 19 May 2026. Since then, I have been unable to place any bets or withdraw my balance, even though I have around USDT 275 in my account. Following their request, I sent all the required KYC documents to the email address they provided, including my Aadhaar card, PAN card, a selfie, and my bank statement. Despite this, I have not received any response to my emails, and my account remains restricted. I also tried to contact Parimatch support through other channels, but they are not listening to me, and my issue is still unresolved. I request that my KYC verification be completed as soon as possible, my account access fully restored, and all restrictions on betting and withdrawals removed so that I can use my account and funds without any further problems.
