I am writing regarding my Parimatch account on the Android app, which has been blocked and is not allowing me to make a withdrawal of 25,000 INR from India. My Parimatch account has been blocked, and my withdrawal is currently unavailable. I have already submitted all requested documents multiple times, including a selfie holding my Aadhaar/PAN card, my bank statement, and the verification documents requested by your team. However, I keep receiving the same automated reply asking again for the bank statement, without any clear explanation of what the actual issue is or why my account remains blocked. I kindly request that you clearly explain the exact reason why my account is still blocked and what specific problem exists with my documents or verification. If any document is unclear, incomplete, or incorrect, please specify exactly what needs to be corrected so that I can resolve the issue immediately and complete the verification. I also request a prompt manual review of my account and my 25,000 INR withdrawal status, instead of generic automated responses, and that my account be unblocked or a clear and justified decision be shared with me in writing.
