I Face Parimatch Withdrawal Block for ₹18,000 Without Any Explanation

I have been using Parimatch for betting, and on 03/13/2026, my withdrawal of ₹18,000 was blocked without any clear reason. The withdrawal status still shows as blocked, and I have not received the funds in my account. Additionally, I have not received any proper explanation from the platform regarding this issue.

This problem is related to my Parimatch account (ID: 610403295), which is registered with the mobile number 90822827** and email address dhurisame***@gmail.com. After noticing that my withdrawal was blocked, I contacted Parimatch customer support, but they failed to provide any clear response or solution. Despite submitting all required KYC documents and fully complying with the verification process, my account was suspended. Even so, my funds remain withheld, and I have not been informed of the reason behind this action.

I request that my blocked withdrawal of ₹18,000 be released and processed immediately, and that the amount be credited to my account without any further delay. I also request that my Parimatch account (ID: 610403295) be unblocked so I can regain normal access.

In addition, I expect a written explanation clarifying why my account was suspended despite full KYC compliance. If my funds are not credited within 24 hours, I will escalate this matter to the appropriate consumer protection authorities and file a formal complaint.
