Parimatch Blocked My Account and Keeps Asking for the Same Documents

I am experiencing a serious issue with my Parimatch betting account on parimatch**** in India, which has been blocked for approximately 20 days.

Because of this restriction, I am completely unable to access my account, and my balance of approximately ₹10,500 remains stuck inside the account without any way for me to use or withdraw it.

The main problem is that Parimatch support continues asking me to submit verification documents, even though I have already provided the requested documents multiple times starting from April 21. Each time I follow the instructions and resend the required documents, I later receive another email again asking me to submit the same documents once more.

Despite fully cooperating with the verification process and repeatedly providing the requested information, my account still remains blocked. I have not received any clear explanation about what exactly is wrong, whether any document is missing, or why the verification process has still not been completed after so many repeated submissions.

This endless cycle of repeated document requests without any final decision or proper communication is extremely frustrating and unfair, especially since my funds remain inaccessible during the entire process.

I request the immediate review and reactivation of my Parimatch account along with full access to my balance. If additional verification is genuinely required, I ask Parimatch to provide a clear final review and a specific explanation based on the documents I have already submitted multiple times, instead of continuing to send repetitive requests without resolution.
