Parimatch Deducts ₹6,000 but Fails to Credit Account Balance

I am writing to report a problem with my Parimatch account related to two deposit transactions made on 19 January 2026 from India. I attempted to deposit 4,000 INR and 2,000 INR, and both amounts were deducted from my payment method, but neither of these deposits has been credited to my Parimatch balance. After noticing that my balance did not increase despite the deductions, I contacted Parimatch customer support. They only informed me that the transactions are “processing,” but there has been no resolution, and the funds are still not visible in my account. I request that Parimatch urgently investigate these two missing deposits and either immediately credit the total 6,000 INR to my Parimatch account balance or provide a prompt resolution in my favor. I expect this issue to be handled as soon as possible, as my money has already been deducted.

My payment failed and did not come into my account. Please do something. I need my money. I can’t afford this loss; I am in debt.
