Parimatch Paytm Deposit Declined - No Refund

I deposited ₹1000 into my Parimatch account via Paytm on 25/01/26 at around 3:28 PM. The amount was debited from my Paytm, but in Parimatch the transaction is shown as declined and the money has not been credited to my account. The Paytm transaction/reference ID for this payment is 396101556716. I have already created a support ticket with Parimatch for this issue, but so far I have not received any response. I request that this failed deposit of ₹1000 be immediately refunded to my Paytm account and that I be informed in writing once the refund has been processed.
