Parimatch $11 Deposit Pending After Paytm Payment

I made a ₹1000 INR deposit to my Parimatch account via Paytm on 15 February, but the amount has not been credited to my Parimatch balance even though it has been debited from my Paytm account. I have already submitted the UTR details, yet there has been no resolution. It has been around 20 hours since the transaction, and I am only being contacted without any clear solution or credit of the amount. This situation is causing me inconvenience because my funds are stuck between Paytm and Parimatch, leaving no usable balance on my Parimatch account. I request that this issue be resolved urgently by either immediately crediting the ₹1000 to my Parimatch account or refunding the full amount back to my Paytm account.
