It has been around 20 hours since the transaction, and I am only being contacted without any clear solution or credit of the amount. This situation is causing me inconvenience because my funds are stuck between Paytm and Parimatch, leaving no usable balance on my Parimatch account. I request that this issue be resolved urgently by either immediately crediting the ₹1000 to my Parimatch account or refunding the full amount back to my Paytm account.
