Parimatch Missing ₹12,000 Withdrawal and Multiple Deposits

I have been using the Parimatch Android app and website, and I am facing a serious problem with my account transactions. A withdrawal of ₹12,000 and deposits of ₹2,000 and ₹1,000 are missing and are not reflected either in my Parimatch game account or in my bank account. One of the transactions was made on 02.02.2026 at 11:54. In addition to these, a further deposit of ₹1,000 made on 28.01.2026 at 11:40 pm and another deposit of ₹2,000 made on 30.01.2026 at 7:32 pm are also missing and have not been credited anywhere. From those dates until today, around 20 days have passed and the issue still remains unresolved. During this time, I have been contacting Parimatch support every day through the app/chat. Each time I only receive AI-generated replies stating that the payment provider has not cleared the issue and that their experts are investigating. However, no real action has been taken, and no proper response has been provided even after 20 days. This situation is very upsetting because I deposited money to play and they do not allow playing without money in the game, yet when it comes to withdrawal and deposits, my money is stuck. I request Parimatch to immediately rectify this issue and refund the full missing amounts, including the ₹12,000 withdrawal and all missing deposits mentioned above, to my bank account without any further delay. I am no longer interested in playing on the Parimatch app due to this worst service experience and lack of proper support. I expect my money to be returned as soon as possible.
