Parimatch Failed to Credit My Deposit After a Month of Waiting

After depositing ₹12,000 on Parimatch, the money never showed up in my gaming account even though the transaction went through. I brought up the problem right away, and there has been no fix more than a month. "The issue has been escalated to the billing team and payment provider and there are internal delays," they say every time I get in touch with customer care. I checked my bank on my own initiative, and both verified the transaction went through and the money arrived at Parimatch's account. Still, there has not been any improvement or appropriate update. This experience has been more than just annoying; I highly discourage Parimatch use. I have come with a most unreliable platform here.
