Parimatch Locked My Deposit With Unwanted Bonus Restriction

I am writing regarding an issue with my Parimatch sports betting wallet, where my recent deposit has been incorrectly locked under a bonus restriction and is not available for withdrawal. Today, I deposited ₹2000 into my Parimatch account (User ID: 495287***). After the deposit, my balance now shows as: Total Balance ₹2000.73, Available Balance ₹0.73, and Locked by Bonus ₹2000. I did not intentionally select or activate any bonus during this deposit, yet the entire deposited amount has automatically been locked under a bonus. Because of this, I am unable to withdraw my own money, and I cannot see any clear option in the app to remove this restriction or opt out of the bonus. I contacted Parimatch support about 6 hours ago, but I have not received any response so far and the situation remains unchanged. I find it very unfair that my normal deposit has been turned into a locked bonus balance without my clear and intentional consent. I kindly request that the bonus lock on my ₹2000 deposit be completely removed and that this amount be moved into my fully withdrawable balance immediately. I also want any unwanted bonus and related conditions that were applied without my intention to be cancelled, so that I can freely use or withdraw my deposited funds as I choose. I ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and my account balance corrected accordingly.
