I am a Parimatch user with account ID 527549109. On April 12, 2026, at around 3:34 PM, I deposited ₹2,000 into my Parimatch account. Immediately after making the deposit, the entire amount was automatically locked under the “Wheel of Fortune” sports betting bonus without my clear consent.
I did not intend to participate in this bonus, and I did not want my deposited funds to be restricted in this way. As a result, my ₹2,000 is now shown as locked under the bonus instead of being available in my main wallet balance, and I am unable to freely use my own money as intended.
I contacted Parimatch customer support shortly after noticing the issue, but I have not received any proper or satisfactory resolution. My request is simple: I want the “Wheel of Fortune” bonus linked to this deposit to be fully canceled and my ₹2,000 to be completely released and transferred back to my main wallet balance.
I do not wish to use or keep this bonus; I only want unrestricted access to my deposited funds. I kindly request that Parimatch urgently remove this bonus from my account, unlock my ₹2,000, return it to my main wallet, and provide clear written confirmation once this has been completed.
