Parimatch Locked My Deposit with Bonus and Blocked My Funds
I am writing about an issue with my Parimatch casino account where my deposit has been locked by a bonus and I am unable to use my own funds. I am from India and I deposited 500 via UPI to my Parimatch account (ID: 242978***) last night. After the deposit, the amount was locked due to a casino bonus, and I cannot access or play with this balance as a normal deposit. I did not contact support earlier because I want this situation to be clearly reviewed and resolved. I deposited this money to use it freely, and I did not intend for my funds to be blocked or restricted in this way. I kindly request that you review my account and unlock and credit my 500 deposit to my real balance so that I can use it normally, or cancel/remove the bonus that is causing this lock, or, if that is not possible, refund the 500 back to my UPI. I expect a clear explanation of why my deposit was locked and a quick resolution of this issue.
