I Face Parimatch Support Closing Ticket Without Fixing Payment Issue

I made a UPI deposit of ₹2,000 to my Parimatch gaming wallet on April 13 at 11:58 PM. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my Parimatch wallet.
I contacted Parimatch support via live chat on April 14 and reported the issue, providing my bank statement and UPI transaction reference multiple times as proof. Despite sharing all the required details, no action has been taken. Instead, my support tickets keep getting closed without any proper response or resolution, which is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
I request that Parimatch immediately credit the ₹2,000 to my gaming wallet or process a full refund back to my bank account without any further delay. I also expect a clear update on the status of my transaction and a proper resolution to this issue.
