Bank Of India IMPS ₹10,880 From Parimatch Not Credited

I have a savings account in Bank of India with account number 684110110012***. On 02/01/2026, an amount of ₹10,880 was sent to this account through IMPS from Parimatch, but this money has still not been credited to my account. I keep checking my account balance and statement, but the ₹10,880 is not reflected anywhere. I am very worried because the money has left the sender’s side, yet it has not reached my Bank of India account. I request that this IMPS transaction from Parimatch to my Bank of India savings account be checked and traced in detail, and that my missing ₹10,880 be credited to my account as soon as possible, or I be given a clear written explanation of where this money is stuck.
