Parimatch Freezes Large Withdrawal and Fails to Respond
I am writing regarding an issue I experienced with Parimatch involving a blocked withdrawal on my account in India. About one hour ago, my withdrawal request was suddenly blocked without any clear explanation, even though it was related to a withdrawal bonus.
The amount involved is approximately ₹6,700,000, and this unexpected block has caused me serious concern. I attempted to contact Parimatch customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far.
The lack of communication and transparency about why my withdrawal was blocked is unacceptable, especially considering the large amount involved.
I request that my withdrawal be processed immediately and that I be provided with a clear and detailed explanation of why it was blocked in the first place. I expect Parimatch to promptly review my account, resolve this issue without further delay, and ensure that similar problems do not occur again.
Same thing happened with me today. From yesterday when I was losing and depositing the money, parimatch india was okay. Now, today I won approx 8.5 lacs including my savings. They blocked my account and I am not able to withrdaw the funds. Please let me know if your issue has been resolved and how long it took and what did you do? Thanks
