I created a new Parimatch account today and deposited 500. The deposit was made at 12:58 PM, and it is now 6:15 PM, yet the wallet still does not show the amount. I contacted customer care, and they told me to wait up to 5 hours, but nothing has changed. I also cannot create a new ticket. What should I do?
