On April 3, 2026, at around 12:05 a.m., I deposited 1000 INR to my Parimatch casino main account balance via UPI using Google Pay. However, instead of being added to my main balance as normal cash, the entire amount was automatically transferred to the bonus account, and my money is now stuck as bonus funds. I did not intend to deposit this amount as a bonus, and I want to use this 1000 INR as regular balance. I have tried to contact Parimatch customer support but I have not been able to reach them, so I have no explanation for why this happened or how it can be corrected. I request that my 1000 INR be moved back from the bonus account to my main account balance and that the related bonus be cancelled, so that my own deposited money is fully restored as normal usable balance. I expect this issue to be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
